Refund and Returns
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, return it within 15 days of receiving it.
However, some conditions apply and not all products are eligible for return. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 15 days; please inspect all products upon receipt.
To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please contact us on our email info@luxurylamp.net to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to ship back to us. Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted.
Before contacting, please read the following:
1. If the item will be broken or any type of
2. If your item qualifies for Free Return Shipping, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. Please note you must take your package to an authorized drop-off location; pick-up service is not included.
3. All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials.
4. Customers who have shipped items to outside of US are responsible for covering all charges related to return shipping on orders originally delivered to your country.
5. Room of Choice Delivery and Ground Level Entry Delivery orders must be returned within 10 days.

Shipping your order back to us:
1. Write the RMA on the pre-printed return address form included with your boxed order or from your RMA email. Complete the returns form, then pack it with your order and affix the address label to the outside of the box. Send your return via FedEx, UPS or USPS and obtain a tracking number. Please note, all returns shipped back to Luxury Lamp from outside of US must be sent via UPS using the documentation provided by us with your RMA.
2. Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
3. All shipping charges on purchases and returns are non-refundable. All merchandise must be in the original packaging.
Room of Choice and Unbox Special Delivery Orders
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you would like to return these types of orders, which only available on orders shipped in the 48 contiguous US states.

A Customer Service Specialist will provide you an RMA and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted.
Please note the following information:
1. Returns can be made to our Luxury Lamp online store only.
2. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
5. There is a 10% restocking fee assessed on all these returns.
6. Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund.
International Customers:
Please note that all sales on international orders are final. The exception is orders be shipped outside of US.
